Due to the nature of the products being of personal hygiene we do not offer returns of product after they have been delivered. Only Undelivered or last packages are eligible for refunds.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
If the User opts to cancel the Order owing to the fact that the product is either out of stock or unavailable, The company undertakes to refund the payment. Such payment shall be completed within 5-7 working days from the date of original payment.
If the cancellation request is received prior to the order being processed, a complete refund will be made. However, you will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed by us.

Refund are applicable only for undelivered or lost packages. Once delivered products can not be returned.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
